NEET PG 2024 results soon: The National Board of Education for Medical Studies (NBEMS) is expected to announce the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2024 results soon. Based on previous trends, the results are likely to be released next week.
The NEET PG exam was held on August 11, 2024, across 416 centers in 170 cities, spanning 31 states.More than 2.2 lakh candidates appeared for the computer-based test (CBT). Once the results are declared, candidates can check and download them from the official websites natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in.
Originally, the NEET PG exam was scheduled for June 23, 2024, but it was postponed due to allegations of a paper leak. The exam was then rescheduled to August 11, 2024. Along with the NEET PG 2024 results, the NBEMS will also release a list of toppers, which will include the candidates’ names, scores, and ranks. This topper list will be available for download on the official website.

NEET PG 2023 Topper’s list: Check much they scored

Candidates who appeared for the NEET PG 2024 exam will also be able to view and download the NEET PG 2024 topper list from the official website once it is released.
What after NEET PG 2024 results are declared?
After the NEET PG 2024 results are declared, candidates must promptly register online to participate in the counseling process. This involves verifying personal details, selecting preferred colleges, and submitting the required documents to ensure a smooth admission process.
Individual scorecards will be available a few days after the results are announced. Along with the results, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will also release the NEET PG 2024 cut-off marks. The NEET PG 2024 exam was conducted on August 11 in two shifts. For context, last year’s exam was held on March 5, with results announced on March 14.
To qualify for NEET PG 2024, candidates must secure the 50th percentile, while the qualifying percentile is 40th for SC/ST/OBC categories and 45th for UR PwD candidates. Those who meet the NEET PG 2024 qualifying criteria will be eligible for admission to MD/MS/PG Diploma courses, Post MBBS DNB Courses, Direct 6-Year DrNB Courses, and NBEMS Diploma Courses through counseling rounds.
