NEET PG 2024 to be held tomorrow: Check important examination guidelines here – Times of India



The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is set to conduct the National Entrance Test (NEET) for Postgraduate courses tomorrow, August 11, 2024. Candidates who have registered for the examination are required to arrive at their respective examination centers according to the time mentioned in their admit cards. Those who have not yet downloaded their admit cards are requested to do so from the official website.
To avoid crowding at the examination centers, candidates have been allotted staggered time slots for reporting.The reporting counter will close 30 minutes prior to the examination to allow for security checks, identity verification, and other procedures.
Upon arrival at the examination center, candidates will undergo identity checks to ensure that no unauthorized individuals are present. Please note that no electronic devices or food items will be permitted in the examination hall, and NBEMS will not provide storage facilities for personal belongings at the examination centers.

NEET PG 2024: What to bring

As per the information, candidates need to bring the following items to the examination hall:

  • Printed copy of Barcoded admit card
  • Photocopy of the Permanent / Provisional SMC/MCI/NMC registration, to be retained by the test centre
  • One of the following government-issued photo IDs (must be original, valid, and non-expired): PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar Card (with photograph)

NEET PG 2024 admit card: Steps to download

Candidates can follow these steps to check and download their respective NEET PG 2024 admit cards:
Step 1: Visit the NBEMS official website: natboard.edu.in.
Step 2: Locate and click on the NEET PG link on the homepage.
Step 3: On the new page, click on the candidate login link. Enter your application number and password in the required fields.
Step 4: Your NEET PG 2024 Admit Card will appear on the screen post login.
Step 5: Download and save the admit card as a PDF file.
Step 6: Print a copy of the admit card to bring on exam day.
NEET PG 2024 will be a computer-based test that will feature 200 multiple-choice questions and is essential for admission to various postgraduate medical programs across the country.
