Eligibility and Educational Qualifications
Candidates interested in the AFCAT 01/2025 entry must meet specific educational and age requirements. The eligibility criteria vary depending on the branch applied for.
Flying Branch: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream with Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level, or a B.E/B.Tech.
Ground Duty Technical Branch: Candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level, followed by a four-year degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, depending on the specific technical field.
Ground Duty Non-Technical Branch: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks is required for administration and logistics roles. Candidates applying for accounts must have a B.Com with at least 60% marks.
NCC Special Entry (Flying Branch): Applicants must possess an NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ certificate.
Meteorology Entry: Candidates must have completed a B.Sc in Physics and Mathematics with at least 60% marks.
AFCAT 01/2025: Age Limit
As of 01 January 2026, the age limits are:
Flying Branch (AFCAT): 20-24 years
Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical): 20-26 years

Application Fee and Mode of Payment

Selection Process
