KCET 2024 Counselling: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will close the KCET 2024 option entry facility today, August 27, 2024. This is the last opportunity for candidates who qualified in the entrance exam and are participating in the counselling process to make changes to their choices. Candidates can modify their options by logging into the official website, kea.kar.nic.in, using their registration number.
During the KCET option entry process, candidates must enter their preferred choices of colleges and courses. The KEA will announce the KCET 2024 seat allotment results on September 1, 2024, based on the choices filled by the candidates. Those who are allotted seats will be required to pay a confirmation fee and report physically to the respective institute.

This year’s counselling includes a wide range of courses such as Engineering, Architecture, Farm Science, Veterinary, Yoga & Naturopathy, B.Sc. (Nursing), B.Pharma, Pharm-D, as well as Medical, Dental, and AYUSH courses. Following the inclusion of these additional courses, a second round of mock seat allotment was conducted on August 22, 2024, and the results were published on August 25, 2024, on the KEA website.
Candidates were given the chance to review the mock results and make any necessary adjustments to their options. Those who haven’t yet entered their options have until 11:00 AM today to do so. For detailed FAQs and further information, candidates are advised to visit the official KEA website.
