UTET 2019: Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test

UTET 2019: This term stands for Uttarakhand Teacher eligibility test. UTET conducted every year by Uttarakhand Board of school education by the help of the government of Uttarakhand. UTET 2019 is an online & Offline based exam. The application form will be released in the month of August 2019. UTET exam conducted in two parts i.e for primary teacher and another one is for a secondary teacher. UTET I is for the primary teacher having classes (I – V). UTET II is for secondary teacher having classes (VI – VIII). The last date to fill the online & Offline application form is September 2019.

 UTET Eligibility Criteria 2019 

UTET 2019 conduct exam in two parts i.e UTET I and UTET II so, both exams having different eligibility criteria. Both eligibility criteria are given below. 

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for UTET – I (Classes I – V)

  • Candidates must have 50 % marks in senior secondary class and having a degree in elementary education. (D.El.Ed/ BTC) OR
    •  Candidates must have 45 % marks in senior secondary class and having a degree in elementary education  (known by any name) according to the NCTE (Recognition criteria and procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR
    • Candidates must have 50 % marks in senior secondary class and having a degree in elementary education in (B.El.Ed).  OR
    • Candidates must have 50 % marks in senior secondary class and having second-year diploma OR
    • Candidates having 50 % marks in B.Ed.
  • Candidates who are working in government Primary school and have completed their B.El.Ed from IGNOU is eligible for this post i.e. UTET 2019.
  •  Candidates doing degree/ diploma and having in final semester are also eligible for UTET 2019.
  • SC/ST/OBC/PwD Candidates will also get 05% relaxation by the government.

  • Candidates must have two Years diploma degree in BTC/ D.l.Ed. OR
    • Candidate must have 50% in a one-year degree in elementary education (B.Ed). OR
    • Candidates must have 50 % in four Years degree in elementary education (B.El.Ed). OR
    • Candidates must have 50% in elementary education B.Ed recognized by RCI. OR
    •  Candidates must have a bachelor degree with 45% Marks or its equivalent and 1 Year degree in Shiksha Shastra. (B.El.Ed). 
  • Candidates are pursuing a final semester of two Year degree/Four-year degree are also eligible for UTET 2019.
  • SC/ST/OBC/PwD Candidates will also get 05% relaxation by the government.

UTET Application form 2019

UTET 2019 application form released in the month of August 2019. Application form of UTET will be filled through online mode. Interested candidate can fill the application form in starting not to wait for the last date for applying. Before applying application form candidates must have to read all instruction carefully. The last date to apply online application form is in the month of September 2019. Candidate must scan their documents which are required for filling the application form.

  • The candidate who wishes to Give UTET 2019 shall apply through the official website.
  • The candidate should go for new registration with the help of Email id & Password. 
  • Read the instruction carefully before applying for UTET 2019.
  • Scan all the documents which are required for filling the application form of UTET 2019. 
  • Fill all the details carefully which are required to fill the application form.
  • After completing the application form and attached all documents then go for payment mode. 
  • Take a complete print out of application form for future use.
  • Pay fee through any mode.

UTET Admit card 2019 

Admit card will be released officially i.e. on the official website. Candidates will download admit card from the official website and take a printout from the website. Before going in the UTET exam candidates must read the instruction which is present on the admit card.

  • Candidates go to the official website.

  • Candidates have to enter their registration number and password at the time of filling application form they created.
  • Then Download and the print option is there on admit card.
  • Read the instruction which is written on the admit card before going to examination Hall.

Environmental Studies Syllabus

Unit I:

  • Family Personal relationships, nuclear and joint families, social abuses (child marriage, dowry system, child labour, theft); addiction (intoxication, smoking) and it’s personal, social and economical bad effects.
  • Clothes and Habitats – Clothes for different seasons; maintenance of clothes at home; handloom and power loom; habitats of living beings, various types of houses; cleanliness of houses and neighbouring areas; Different types of materials for building houses.

Unit II:

  • Profession – Profession of your surroundings (stitching clothes, gardening, farming, animal rearing, vegetable vendor etc.), small and cottage industries; major industries of Rajasthan State, Need for consumer protection, co-operative societies.
  • Public places and Institutions – Public places like school, hospital, post office, bus stand, railway station; Public property (street light, road, bus, train, public buildings etc.); wastage of electricity and water; employment policies; general information about Panchayat, legislative assembly, and parliament.
  • Our Culture and Civilization – Fairs and festivals, National festivals; Dresses, food-habits and art and craft of Rajasthan; Tourist places of Rajasthan; Great personalities of Rajasthan.

Unit III:

  • Transport and Communication – Means of transport and communication; Rules for pedestrians and transport; Effects of means of communication on the lifestyle.
  • Personal Hygiene – External parts of our body and their cleanliness; general information about the internal parts of the body; Balance diet and its importance; Common diseases (gastroenteritis, amoebiosis, methemoglobin, anaemia, fluoroscopic, malaria, dengue.) their causes and methods of prevention; Pulse Polio campaign.
  • Living Beings~ Levels of organisation of plants and animals, diversity of living organisms, state flower, state tree, state bird, state animal; knowledge of reserve forest and wildlife (national parks, sanctuaries, tiger reserve, world heritage), conservation of species of plants and animals, knowledge of Kharif and Rabi crops.

Unit IV:

  • Matter and Energy – Common properties of substances (colour, state, ductility, solubility) various types of fuels; types of energy and transformation of one form into another; Applications of energy in daily life, sources of light, common properties of light. Basic knowledge of air, water, forest, wetlands, and deserts; different kind of pollution, renewable and non-renewable resources of energy in Rajasthan and concept of their conservation; weather and climate; water cycle.
